The pre-registration has to be done by filling the form below. Although it is free, and that it can be done at any time before the conference, it entitles you, if it is done before May 31st, 2018 (early bird pre-registration), to a discount in the registration fee as explained below.

The registration will be effective at the moment you pay the registration fees at the conference registration desk. Only payments in cash can be accepted.

The early bird registration fees are US$ 30 for students* and US$ 150,00 for everyone else. Otherwise, they are US$ 50 for students* and US$ 200,00 for everyone else.

*A proof of student status is required at the moment of the Registration.

DEADLINES SUMMARY:

May 6th, 2018: Submission of proposals.
May 31st, 2018: Early-bird pre-registration.
June 24th, 2018: Communication of selected oral presentations.
