My main area of research is General Relativity. I have particular interest in the study of Quantum Field Theory on Curved Spaces and in some dynamical aspects of GR. More recently, I have studied also some topics of Biophysics. Almost all of my papers can be found on-line in the arXiv.org e-Print archives. You can obtain the list of my High Energy Physics papers from SLAC-SPIRES, as their citation summary as well. Many of my works are reviewed in the Mathematical Reviews (Subscription required) of the American Mathematical Society and in the Zentralblatt für Mathematik.

I am one of the responsible for the Laboratory of Control and Dynamical Systems (LabCSD). One of the main activities of the Laboratory is the US-Brazil Control and Dynamical System Alliance.
